Aged 67, is a solicitor admitted in England and Wales, Hong Kong, California, Ontario and Victoria (Australia). Since 1984 his professional career has been spent practising in the far east, where he has been a partner in two international law firms. In 1988 he established his own firm, which has offices in Hong Kong and Tokyo, where he now lives. his practice is a general corporate and commercial one, centred on providing assistance for international companies investing and operating in multiple jurisdictions manly in Asia and Europe.
Aged 38, is the Vice- Chairman of the group. he is also the CEO of WTS China. he has strong sales experience in the health food sector. he has been an entrepreneur for the last decade in a number of biotechnology and healthcare companies. he has won awards such as Outstanding figure of China management innovation and Most Influential Figure of Chinese private economy of the year at China Scientists forum. he is also a major shareholder of Suzhou Weibao investment Co. ltd.
Aged 56, graduated with a B.e (electrical) engineering from the national university of Singapore in 1984. Ismail started his banking career at DBS Bank, Singapore and then moved to Citibank, Singapore where he became the head of the restructuring & recapitalisation unit. Ismail is based in London and has strong experience in structuring of debt, mezzanine and equity deals and operates in markets throughout Asia and Europe.
Aged 76 has vast international experience from sectors including mining, energy, property and services throughout a career that has spanned more than 50 years. he has served on boards of both private and publicly listed companies at that time.
Aged 42, holds a Bachelor of economics from Sun yat-Sen University and a Master of Business Administration from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. She has over 15 years cross border business development and consulting experience specialising in market entry strategy for international companies entering asian markets. Based in Munich she frequently travels between europe and China to provide strategic and financial advisory services to startups. Ms Lu has previously held various senior positions as a Director, Head of Business development and Chief Officer at companies including AXA Tianping P&C Insurance and Allianz Global.
